King’s Noodle Restaurant
Most locals will tell you that the real Chinese food is being prepared and served in the suburbs these days, but if you don’t have a car and you’re only in town for a day or two, I would recommend King’s Noodle House in Chinatown. Their barbecued ducks are impeccable, and I particularly love their fried rice, which comes with preserved Chinese sausage and pork belly. You could even just pop in for some dim sum or a bowl of noodle soup. Be sure to walk around the colorful Chinatown/Kensington Park neighborhood afterward.
