Bonjour! There is a lot to love in Montreal - from the best bagels in the world to smoked meat and foie gras - it's a little bit like traveling to Paris without the attitude. Also, Jean-Talon Market is among the best markets in North America. Bon Appetit!
My home base, and the city I love more than anywhere else (although Vancouver and Stockholm are close seconds). Nearly everyday I'm shooting what I eat, so I'll try to only include the highlights here.
As an alternative to prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano, I visited San Daniele, to see how they make their aged ham, as well as a large facility where they produce and age Grana Padano cheese. Yes, I managed to slip in a few gelato shops in Venice.
