Steve has assembled pop-ups for food halls and recommended chefs or restaurant groups to developers for inclusion in property development projects. At Revival Food Hall in Chicago, he curated a year’s worth of pizza shops, where four different neighborhood pizzerias each spent three months in one of the “Pizza City USA” designated stalls.
