Somerset’s Vegetarian Tartar a Stunner

The team behind restaurants such as Boka and Momotaro has opened Somerset, its latest project next to the gleaming new Viceroy Hotel in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Lobster Rolls at Merchandise Mart
