Hotel Jerome

You can certainly eat here – they’ve upgraded both the fine dining and the more casual menu outside on the lawn – but if you have the budget, by all means stay at the Jerome as well. I love its location, just a few minutes’ walk from the start of the Rio Grande bike/walking trail, and it’s only a 10 minute walk to get anywhere else in town. The Auberge Resorts sunk millions of dollars into a renovation that has brought the hotel up to 21st Century standards, but they’ve also managed to maintain the Old West charm.
