CH Distillery Hosting World’s Best Bartender, Guest Grilled Cheeses

Cocktail enthusiasts won’t want to miss this month’s guest bartender at CH Distillery, as  they welcome “Best Bartender in the World” and “Best American Bartender” winner Charles Joly. Next Tuesday, the 31st, from 8 p.m. – midnight, the former Beverage Director at The Aviary (and creator of Crafthouse Cocktails) will be serving up two unique cocktails with a portion of the proceeds going to Un86’d, a local charity that provides monetary aid for restaurant professionals in need. As if that weren’t enough of a draw, CH distillery is will also be hosting “That’s What Cheese Said” from 6 p.m. – midnight, where guest chefs from Analogue, Blackbird, and Girl & the Goat will create a unique grilled cheese of their choice.
