Kosher workers in the Loop can now leave their lunch boxes at home. The Chicago French Market has a new vendor that can easily meet the growing demand for kosher food downtown.

Kotel Kosher is a grab-and-go that offers customers a wide range of kosher deli and grocery products for both dine-in and take-out. All products are certified kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. The Chicago French Market brought in the vendor with the goal of establishing a downtown area where people can buy strictly kosher products, as there are currently very few options available in the commercial area of Chicago.

Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of Israel Yona Metzger was present at this week’s grand opening and participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony.
