Some of the best regional Chinese (and Taiwanese) food can be had just 10 – 15 minutes away from the casinos, along Spring Mountain Road and Jones Blvd. Shaanxi offers cold bites of well-seasoned tofu, tripe and other offal, not to mention incredibly tender noodles and bracing, steamy soup broths.
