The History of Detroit-style Pizza at Buddy’s

On this week’s show, I talk with Wes Pikula, the V.P. of Operations at the legendary Buddy’s, which opened in Detroit in 1946. They make a truly original pizza, the style for which has been copied by several other places around the country. Pikula has been with the company since 1975, so few can speak more eloquently or passionately about the true Detroit original.
