Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill

This Vegas branch of the popular New York City sushi den may be on a crowded floor at the Cosmopolitan with lots of competition, but the crowd is sleek and sophisticated; you do feel like the rush of the hotel is left behind once you enter and gaze at the massive sushi bar. Sashimi is steep – you’re paying for quality and precision – but I would be just as happy with the fried chicken.
