Discover The Secrets of Restaurant Longevity
Ever wonder how some restaurants last a lifetime, and others can’t seem to make it past their 2nd birthday? As part of DePaul University’s continuing Lincoln Park Community Research Initiative, I’m going to try to find out for myself tonight. I’ll be leading a roundtable with the restaurateurs that somehow continue to make places like R.J. Grunts, John Barleycorn and Twin Anchors not only survive, but thrive. Despite the printed address on the flyer pictured above, the event has been moved, due to overwhelming demand, to the DePaul Student Center at 2250 N. Sheffield. There’s a reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by the program at 7. Hope to see some of you there tonight!
