David Burke’s Primehouse is jumping into Oktoberfest festivities with $5 “burkers” during lunchtime through Thursday of this week. Guests can chow down on the 40-day dry aged burgers nestled in a potato bun and tailored with Swiss or cheddar cheese ($1), bacon or a fried egg for $2, or for $3 smother it in bacon mayo or fried shallots.
For a (somewhat) healthier alternative, the Burke Castle Salad is also available for $5 – greens topped with an onion-griddled burger, croutons and gooey goat cheese fondue drizzled with tomato dressing.
As if that weren’t temping enough, order any $5 entree and get a beer or glass of red wine for $4. Genießen!
Call to book a lunchtime slot at (312) 660-6000.
