Rene Redzepi at Terroir Symposium


We caught up with Rene Redzepi, chef and owner of Copenhagen’s Noma, in the Green Room at the Terroir Symposium in Toronto. He discusses his Keynote speech, getting his dishwasher to The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards later this month and his favorite eats in Toronto. Incidentally, the restaurant he’s struggling to remember from Toronto, toward end of the interview, is likely Edulis Restaurant. Great catch by Chris Nuttall-Smith from the Globe & Mail!
