Delfina

I sat next to Craig Stoll on a plane once, coming back from the Food & Wine Classic at Aspen. He had just been named one of America’s “Best New Chefs.” It’s great to see him still going strong with Delfina, and to some extent, with his Pizzeria Delfina. The food here is gutsy, bold and so full of flavor, you’ll be asking your dining companions to switch plates as frequently as I do!
