Fresh Pasta Friday at Eataly
The sheer variety of freshly-made pasta at Eataly can be daunting, and when faced with a dozen or so options, one might simply fall back on a known entity, like linguini or angel hair. But this Friday, Eataly is giving you a good reason to experiment. Their Fresh Pasta Friday means everything at their fresh pasta counter on the 2nd floor is 50% off. From 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. they’ll have free, interactive pasta demos at their cooking school, also on the 2nd floor, as well as throughout the store; you’ll learn how to make fresh egg dough and “sheet-out” your pasta. From 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. they’ll be creating a 6 ft. long lasagne in the colors of the Italian flag, and they’ll also be offering some pasta specials in the applicable restaurants that day (but the 50% off offer only applies at the fresh pasta counter).
