Husk
From it’s location in historic downtown Charleston to the ingredients used by award-winning chef Sean Brock, Husk is a thoroughly southern restaurant. The continuously evolving menu starts with ingredients indigenous to the South (there’s no olive oil in this kitchen), grown in the restaurant’s own garden or sourced from Lowcountry farmers, and redefines the meaning of cooking and eating in Charleston. Brock’s success here has led to a second location in Nashville, by the way.
