Kabuto Edomae Sushi

I can’t say enough about this little gem. Tucked away in the Seoul Plaza Strip Mall (one of the best places to eat in all of Vegas), it’s just 15 minutes from the busy, overpriced Strip. You feel as if you’ve teleported to the Ginza District in Tokyo. Fish is pristine, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and the service is hushed and somewhat reverential. Ask for help with a junmai daiginjo sake, and be prepared to be blown away.
