Walk the Extra Block in Playa del Carmen (PRI’s The World)

Even though I was on Spring Break (with hordes of tourists) in Playa del Carmen, that didn’t mean I had to settle for chimichangas and other Tex Mex fare catering to the lowest common denominator.
