My Ceviche
It’s tiny – only about 250 sq. feet – but that means no freezers, and whatever they bring in the morning, is what’s being used that day. Triggerfish, cobia, grouper…you never know what the fish of the day is. They also sell fish tacos and large plates, but I say get the namesake, done Peruvian-style, with choclo (giant corn kernels) and a wedge of sweet potato, topped with citrus-kissed, pickled red onions. It’s just a few blocks north of the park, so not a bad idea to get it to go and have a picnic, or you can eat in the adjacent youth hostel where they have some tables set up.
